tennis ball run



Self Assessment:


what did I learn? To go as fast as I can to put the tennis balls on the cones.

What did I do well? Stretching as far towards the cone as I could to get it there faster.

What can I do better next time? Not to get distracted by other people, stay focused and concentrate on the ball and the cone

what did I learn? To concentrate on where to put mym feet

what did I do well? I went as fast as I could up the steps

What can I do better next time? Go a bit slower at the start so I don't wear myself out

I think I did not think right and I just write short self assessments and did not think about what i was going to write
